2025年12月10日、人間科学研究科本館において、インドネシア気象・気候学・地球物理庁（BMKG）代表者、大阪大学人間科学研究科の関係者が参集し、大阪大学オムニサイト協定（以下「OOS協定」と称します）の調印式が執り行われました。
The signing ceremony for the University of Osaka Omni-Site Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "OOS Agreement") was held at the Graduate School of Human Sciences Main Building, with the participation of representatives from the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG) and members of the Graduate School of Human Sciences at the University of Osaka December 10, 2025.
インドネシア気象・気候学・地球物理庁（BMKG）について
インドネシア気象・気候学・地球物理庁（BMKG）は、インドネシア政府の機関であり、気象や地球観測、そのデータ管理、これらに関する人材育成や教育に携わっています。
同庁は1866年気象と地球観測活動を開始し、現在では気象・地球物理学を担う政府機関として活動を続けています。本年8月インドネシア気象・気候学・物理庁長官が阪大総長を表敬訪問しました（https://www.osaka-u.ac.jp/ja/international/news/visits/ewdk0z/c2c2jx）。
About the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG)
The Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG) is an Indonesian government agency engaged in meteorological and earth observation, data management, and related human resource development and education. The agency began meteorological and earth observation activities in 1866 and continues to operate today as the government agency responsible for meteorology and geophysics.

調印式の概要
調印式ではまず、人間科学研究科長（兼附属未来共創センター長）の西森教授が開会の挨拶を行い、OOS協定による社学共創のさらなる促進や、協定先同士の連携強化への期待が述べられました。
続いて、BMKGからRiama局長がオンラインで、同津波担当課長Anugrah氏と人間科学研究科の担当杉本准教授が、本協定締結に至る経緯や、今後の展望、期待される効果について意見を述べられました。
今回締結されたOOS協定を通じて、インドネシアと日本の津波減災支援において、より持続的な社学共創の実現に向けた取り組みが推進されることが期待されています。
Overview of Signing Ceremony
Professor Nishimori, Dean of the Graduate School of Human Sciences (and Director of the Affiliated Future Co-Creation Center), gave opening remarks, expressing his hopes that the OOS agreement will further promote social-academic co-creation and strengthen collaboration between the two parties at the signing ceremony.
Next, Dr. Riama, Deputy Director of BMKG delivered an online speech, followed by Tsunami Section Chief Anugrah and Associate Professor Sugimoto of the Graduate School of Human Sciences, who shared their views on the process leading up to the signing of this agreement, its future prospects, and its expected benefits.
It is hoped that the OOS agreement concluded this time will promote efforts toward achieving more sustainable social-academic co-creation in tsunami disaster mitigation support between Indonesia and Japan.
